1. General Policy
All deposits made to your account are considered final. By initiating a deposit, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Therefore, completed deposits cannot be refunded.
3. Savings & Locked Funds
Funds allocated to savings plans are locked for a specified period and cannot be refunded or withdrawn before maturity.
4. Investment & Earnings
All earnings and returns are generated based on system rules and are non-refundable once credited.
5. Loan Transactions
Loan disbursements are final once approved. Early repayment does not guarantee refund of interest.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate or incorrect payment is made, you must contact support within 24 hours. Any resolution will depend on verification and transaction status.
7. Fraud & Abuse
Refund requests involving fraud, abuse, or policy violations will not be processed. Accounts may be restricted or suspended.
8. System Errors
In case of technical errors, verified issues may be corrected at our discretion.
9. Processing Time
Any approved adjustments may take up to 3–7 business days.
