By accessing or using EarnForAll, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Identity verification (KYC) may be required for certain features including deposits and loans.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Earnings

Deposit returns are calculated based on the applicable daily earning rate at the time of activation. Earnings are subject to platform rules and may vary depending on activity and system updates.

5. Savings & Locked Funds

Savings plans involve locking funds for a selected duration. Locked funds cannot be withdrawn before maturity unless otherwise stated. Additional lock bonuses are applied according to the chosen plan.

6. Loans

Loan approval is subject to eligibility, wallet balance, and verification requirements. Repayment is automatically deducted from wallet balance. Loan activation does not affect daily earnings, tasks, or referral commissions. Failure to repay may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions.

7. Referral Program

Referral rewards are granted based on eligible activity of referred users. Any abuse, fraud, or artificial activity may result in suspension of referral benefits.

8. Risk Disclosure

Digital asset and online earning activities involve financial risk. Users acknowledge that profits are not guaranteed and are subject to system performance.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or misleading behavior
• Multiple account abuse
• Unauthorized automation or bot usage
• Attempting to manipulate platform systems

10. Platform Modifications

EarnForAll reserves the right to modify features, rates, and policies at any time without prior notice.

11. Account Suspension

Accounts violating platform policies may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. EarnForAll shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

These terms shall be governed by applicable international digital commerce regulations.
