1. General Policy
At EarnForAll, all deposits made to your wallet are considered final. By initiating a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Cryptocurrency and digital asset transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. As a result, completed deposits cannot be refunded.
3. Savings Plans
Funds locked in a savings plan cannot be withdrawn or refunded before the selected lock period ends, unless otherwise stated under special circumstances.
4. Loan Transactions
Loan disbursements are final once approved and credited. If a loan is repaid early, interest terms remain subject to the selected loan agreement.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In case of accidental duplicate transactions, users must contact support within 24 hours. Review will be conducted and resolution will depend on transaction status.
6. Fraud & Abuse
Refund requests involving suspicious activity, fraud, or policy violations will not be honored. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended.
7. Platform Errors
If a technical error caused an incorrect charge, please contact support. Verified system errors may be corrected at the platform's discretion.
8. Processing Time
Approved corrections or adjustments may take up to 7 business days to process.
